I went to 4 different Ford Dealerships within the city of Edmonton, during my search for a vehicle. Freedom Ford was the ONLY one to treat me like I mattered. I am a professional female who has been in the customer service department for over 20 years and I took my husband with me to look for a vehicle. I was the one purchasing the vehicle NOT my husband. I was dismissed by each sales associate from ALL of the other Ford dealerships EXCEPT Freedom Ford. My sales consultant, Jason was very professional and knowledgable. He was easy to deal with and I felt like he HONESTLY CARED about what I wanted. I will have NO hesistation recommending this Sales Consultant or this Dealership!!! John in the Finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. I commend this dealership for the service that I have received. In this day of "hurray up, I want it now," I did not once feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. :)

"My Daughter is working out at Camp He Ho Ha on Seba Lake, we came out there last week for a visit and tour of the west.  She picked us up and had one more day to work, so we ventured out on our own.  Unfortunately for us, her Escape broke down.  We were towed and the driver said the alternator and the battery both would probably need to be replaced and said the best place to go was your dealership, and we said perfect, we had to meet our daughter but this needed to be done.  Thats when we met Diana Young, she kept us posted on the status of the car and at one point we weren't sure if we needed to rent a vehicle or the Escape would be ready before closing, the mechanic was having a hard time getting it in and out.  Diana reassured us that if our car wasn't done, she would make sure we had something, offered to drive us somewhere, in the meantime if we needed it.   We felt that Diana went over and above for us and were very glad we decided to come to Freedom Ford and if our daughter has anymore problems while she is out in the Edmonton area this will be the first place she will be coming.  Thanks to everyone at Freedom Ford for letting us spend a few hours there and special thanks to Diana, from us for making our stay there bearable.
